WOORIRO 10Gbps APD TIA TO and ROSA are composed of InP/InGaAs avalanche photodiodes(APD) and TIA. The back-illuminated APD chip was flip-chip bonded on sub-mount. It is packaged and hermetically sealed with AR coated aspheric lens cap.
